The way that I work is about exploring how your thoughts and feelings have been affected by your experiences (and vice versa) and for this reason, I work with people experiencing a range of issues. Sometimes it’s about using counselling as a sounding board to find a solution to a problem, but I find that a lot of the time it is more focused on how you as a person are coping or coming to terms with something that has happened.
These are some of the issues people experience, who see me for counselling. If you have a particular concern that is not listed here, that’s OK – please contact me so we can talk it through and see if I would be the right person to help.
